Meet The Team
KELLIE P. COPE, MPH
Founder & Health Educator
As a former Division I athlete and an owner of a fitness franchise, Kellie has devoted her life to helping people prevent chronic disease through lifestyle and behavior modification. Kellie obtained a Master of Public Health degree with a special emphasis in Behavioral Science and Health Education from Emory University. She is currently seeking a second Master’s degree in Nutrition Science to further focus on disease prevention while partnering with medical practitioners to identify and treat the root causes of symptoms, conditions, and diseases.
As a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Jenny's expertise is dedicated to facilitating self-guided growth. Her method helps clients to identify and live out their unique health and wellness goals and needs through an integrative approach. Oftentimes the areas explored are nutrition, fitness, food struggles, goal setting, daily habits, readiness for change, family meal planning, and lifestyle adjustments. Jenny’s love for health and wellness began more than 35 years ago as a youth athlete and eventually led to her degree in Exercise and Sport Science. She furthered her education through advanced teachings at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is pursuing a Master's degree in Public Health with an emphasis in Health and Nutrition. Jenny is an advocate of acceptance and playful balance throughout the health journey.
